This Privacy Policy explains what information WowProxy collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, phone (optional), hashed password.
• Billing data: order history, transaction IDs, wallet addresses used, payment screenshots.
• Usage data: login timestamps, IP address, device/browser info for security purposes.
• Support data: ticket messages and attachments you submit.

2. What We Don't Log

We do not inspect, store, or sell the content of traffic routed through your proxies. We are not able to see the websites you visit through the proxy network.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to provision and bill your proxy service, verify payments, respond to support requests, send transactional emails (payment confirmations, expiry reminders), and secure your account against fraud.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with our upstream proxy provider (for provisioning), payment verification tooling, and email delivery providers (Resend/SMTP), strictly to operate the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and billing records as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with financial recordkeeping obligations.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting support@wowproxy.io. Some billing records may be retained where required by law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management) only. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
