Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WowProxy ("WowProxy", "we", "us"), including our website at wowproxy.io and the proxy services we provide. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use WowProxy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and proxy credentials. Do not share your login or proxy credentials outside your organization. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

Use of WowProxy is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, without limitation, launching attacks, distributing malware, credential stuffing against third-party services, or any activity that violates applicable law.

4. Payments

WowProxy accepts manual cryptocurrency payments (USDT, BTC, ETH). Orders are activated only after our team manually verifies your transaction ID against the blockchain. Submitting false transaction details will result in account suspension.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. Proxy pools are sourced from upstream providers and subject to their availability.

6. Plan Duration & Expiry

Plans are provisioned for the duration purchased (daily or monthly). Proxies are automatically suspended at the end of the billing period unless renewed. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

WowProxy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WowProxy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
